The equal parts calming and charging MOTHER x Anna Sheffield Body Oil is subtly scented with a delicate blend of sweet orange and bergamot to lift one's spirits and a touch of vanilla, imparting contentment. At the center is grounding and mood enhancing clary sage, known to reduce symptoms of anxiety, which is perfectly paired with calming, full spectrum CBD. The result is a healing oil bringing balance and harmony to the nervous system–in mind, heart and body. A rutilated quartz gemstone, enhancing connection and sensuality, is included in each limited edition bottle. The gem can be kept or worn after your oil is finished.
For best results take these steps, or for something quick drizzle over your favorite drink, snack or meal.

2. Find a comfortable seating position.

4. Let sit for 30-60 seconds with eyes closed if possible, taking 3-5 deep breaths through the nose.
